If you got to most households, and you look at the phones that the members of that family have, it will tell you a lot about that family. If you find that all the phones are smart phones, the latest models that have been introduced in to the market, then that is a family that highly regards technology and when it changes, they make the necessary changes too. One of my university lecturers is also a business man and I went over to his house one day to get the assignments since I was the class representative. He had the same phone his teenage kids had and this made me realize that he had to keep up with them because by doing so, then he will be in touch with the changing technology. His kids were telling him that he should introduce outsourcing in his firm and he asked why outsource and they told him that would bring him more money. It would be like a whole department by itself and other companies would pay him to get the outsource services. Now I actually understood why h is business did well.
