For whatever mood I am in, I can always find a reason to visit my favorite pub. I have been going to Rack'M for over 5 years, and it's my favourite little spot. The atmosphere is super friendly, and so are the people. I get the feeling of being at home when I am there. All the bartenders make a point of learning your name, and making conversation. After a long shift at work, I find it a perfect place to grab a beer, a game of pool, and just have a good time with good people. There is always something interested going on no matter what time of day it is. I love to sit back and relax and watch pool tournaments on Monday nights. There are also different drink specials every night, and the beer placemats tell you about up-and-coming special offers through the month. Though I usually stick to my bottle of beer. There is also darts, which I am surprisingly good at. I feel like family when I am there. Everyone knows everyone else. It's my little slice of vacation, right up the street. |
