There are many things that would cause someone to be totally broke and not even have a way of making ends meet. There are those that are addicted to gambling and because of so, they have to spend every dime they have on paying off gambling debts. This will even cause them to take out loans in order to be able to shake off the bounty hunters off their tail. Then there are those who are addicted to online shopping. They have numerous credit cards that are linked to their pay pal account. This helps them while they are shopping in such a way that they will be able to easily buy whatever it that they want without having to insert their financial information. Addiction to shopping does not care about how much you have in your bank account. That is why there is always an overdraft and when you the limit is exceeded, then when one wants to shop, then they are going to get paypal cancel of their purchase. This is because if there is no way of paying for the purchase, if there is no money in that account. That is why paypal will have to cancel the transaction because there are no funds to cover for the purchase.
